I took my new white noise machine with me on my latest mission trip to Honduras, and it was truly a Godsend! I have been on many trips where the noise of barking dogs, pickup trucks, motorcycles, etc. kept me awake. This machine drowned out unwanted noises. As a result, I got a good night's sleep and will never travel again without it!

I recently purchased the Marsona and used it for the first time on a 7-day stay at a hotel that had horrible acoustics. I'm a very light sleeper and had never used a white noise machine before. I was skeptical that a small machine with only two different sound choices would accomplish much. However, it did an incredible job of blocking out the sounds of voices and door slams from the hallway and other rooms. I kept it on the surf at it's top volume. It may initially sound quite loud, but you quickly get used to it. My husband and two children loved it as well. When you wake up in the morning, it actually sounds quite soothing, and you're shocked when you turn it off and realize just how much noise it had been blocking out. It comes with a soft, zippered travel case, and it's very easy to transport in your bag or suitcase. I feel like it was well worth the money. It would be nice if it came with the battery pack, considering the high price, but I would still highly recommend the purchase.

The sound machine works well and is small enough to fit into a travel bag when you plan to be away from home. My only complaint is that that it doesn't have a battery-run option.

This product is working so well for my 9 month old. He had a stuffed animal with white noise that we were using. However, it would turn off after 45 minutes and he would usually wake up from his nap soon after it stopped. I would sneak into his room and have to hit the button over and over to help keep him asleep. It's nice not to have to do that anymore. I like the sound level and options. It blocks the normal noises of vacuuming and TV and talking, etc. It is small and useful at home and on the road. We are very happy with this product.

I travel a lot for work. The last straw before getting a sound machine was in Philadelphia. I was in a room on the 3rd floor which I didn't think anything of. But during the night I soon found out that it is much to close to street level. I could hear everyone coming and going from the front door / bar entrance. I heard every loud car, the garbage trucks, and the fight that broke out at 2:30 AM. It was not a good day the next day. Since I've purchased this sound machine I sleep every night that I'm away. I used to rely on rooms with a continuous fan but sometimes there isn't one. And they don't all sound the same. Now every night away sounds the same and I sleep so well. Ahhhhhh.
