Snore-Ex's anti snoring mouthpiece is an oral appliance also referred to as a Mandibular Advancement Device. The simple custom-fit mouthpiece positions and holds the jaw, opening airways for maximum airflow, thus reducing or eliminating snoring vibrations. More specifically, it provides a forward-positioning for the tongue, which is connected to the lower jaw. This increases airflow and minimizes the most common snoring cause - soft palette vibrations in the rear of the mouth. This is for adults only. This product works!! I followed the directions exactly as to how to fit it to my mouth. It molded just fine. I snored every single night. I have worn it for 2 nights, zero snoring. This product works great. I can sleep in it just fine, and don't have any of the problems some wrote as far as excessive saliva or smelly mouthguard. It is definitely worth the money.

I looked through all the "stop-snoring" products on amazon, and I chose this one because of the reviews I read, but I didn't want to make my own verdict until I tried it for at least two weeks. Well, I have been using it, and I am pretty amazed! It works!

To my surprise this product worked for me. I recommend it. Snoring kept me from going to sleep and staying asleep. I had been using a CPAP to keep me from snoring. Prior to buying the SnorExI read some complaints about sore jaws and teeth in some of the reviews. I therefore started using it only two hours a night to get used to it. I gradually worked my way up to using it all night over a two week period. Because of the gradual increase of use I never experienced the sore jaws or teeth. I no longer have to use the CPAP. Terrific. The one size fits all was not a problem either. When you put it in boiling water and then put it in your mouth (no discomfort by the way) it molded to my mouth size.
I found that I was not able to fully extend my lower jaw the way I thought it should be during the fitting process. The device does not seem to accomdate a full jaw extension range. But, it worked. A few years ago my dentist said he would make a mouth piece for me at a cost of $500. I'm glad I waited. This product seems to do just fine.
